 Working with me:

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to growth, wellbeing, or navigating life and workplace challenges. We work together at a pace that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with your goals.

You can choose individual sessions or a more structured coaching or program-based approach — depending on the level of support you’re looking for. Together, we’ll focus on building practical skills, strengthening resilience, and creating sustainable change in your life or work.

If you’re unsure where to start, a free 30-minute discovery call is a great first step. We’ll talk about your goals, explore what support might look like, and determine which option is the best fit for you.

Coaching offers a supportive space to explore challenges, build awareness, and develop practical skills that help you navigate life and work with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. Together, we focus on meaningful goals, sustainable change, and strategies you can apply in everyday situations.

My approach is somatic and trauma-informed, meaning I consider how stress and past experiences can influence how we think, feel, and respond. Sessions are grounded, respectful, and tailored to your needs — creating a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and move forward in a way that feels realistic and achievable.
